Today I went to Schaake's Pumpkin Patch just outside of Lawrence. We tried to go last weekend but that place was so busy that we decided to wait. Lucky for me they still had some pumpkins left! Mommy and daddy bought a couple of little pumpkins to put on the steps in front of the house.
I can't wait for Halloween so that I can wear my costume. I keep smiling at the pumpkin bag on top of the refrigerator that has candy in it. Mommy and daddy think I'm smiling because I think that thing is goofy looking but I'm really smiling because they picked a really bad hiding place for all that yummy stuff. I've seen them sneaking pieces of candy out of that guy!
